Your likeness in silver and light - handmade heirlooms for you and yours

Studio portrait sessions are available Thursday-Saturday 11-6:00 while house calls / porch portraits are scheduled on Sundays during the warmer months. In the winter studio sessions can be booked Thursday-Sunday, 11-6:00.

Studio portrait sessions use strobe lighting and more of a high contrast, dramatic headshot style. House calls/Porch portraits are taken using only natural lighting, they are more ethereal and tend to have a softer focus - which may not be best for those with young children.

The studio cannot accommodate more than 3 people in a photograph. If you have a group of 4 or more I can photograph in groups of 2-3. It is recommended that portraits are most impactful when taken solo. Coupled shots require a bit more effort to achieve focus and may have softer spots throughout the photograph.

Studio portrait sessions are strictly standing / waist up. If you have a vision in mind that needs a bit more flexibility than this offers please book the “customized portrait session” or shoot an email: info@saramulvey.com

Paper moon: The paper moon prop is only available during Paper Moon Portrait events and not the same studio setup as normal studio sessions.

Kids: Please be sure to read through the FAQ prior to booking a portrait with your child.

Glasses: Please plan on being photographed without your glasses - if you’d like to have glasses on in your tintype you can bring a pair that have the lenses popped out to our session.

Pets: If you’re interested in having you pet included in your portrait it must be pre-approved, once you’ve emailed I will send you a private scheduling link.
